Occasionally this may result in a price or details displayed on the Website being incorrect.

1.2 Whilst we try to ensure that the Website is virus-free, we make no representations or warranties of any kind as to freedom from viruses of the content contained on the Website or of the content obtainable through links from the Website. We recommend that you employ your own virus detection and protection measures when accessing the Website.

1.3 The content of the Website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights which are either owned by us or licensed to us by other third parties. You may print and display the content of the Website solely for your own personal use. Under no circumstances are you permitted to publish, re-transmit, re-distribute or otherwise reproduce any of the content which appears on any page of the Website in any format to anyone.

1.4 Whilst we take every care to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, the internet is not always a stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of the Services and delays may occur at any time. As a result, we do not accept any ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate the Website (or any particular part of it). The Club programme is offered free of charge and we may restrict your access to the Website at any time with or without prior notice and for any reason. In particular, we may suspend provision of the Website or block your access to it at any time if:

(a) we are required to do so by order of any governmental or administrative authority or any other emergency services organisation; or

(b) we need to carry out work in order to maintain or upgrade the service;

(c) if in our reasonable opinion you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or of any generally accepted guidelines on internet usage and etiquette (including, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, restrictions on pirating or copying software or attempts to violate security).

1.5 All of the trade marks, service marks, company names or logos and domain names used on the Website are the property of their respective holders. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such trade marks, service marks, company names or logos or domain names and such unauthorised use by you may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights and make you personally liable for damages towards the relevant proprietor.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1 The prices for products that we quote on our website are inclusive of VAT. You will find the total cost of your order in your 'Cart', before you submit your order.

2.2 When selecting the card type, you confirm that the card you use to make payment to us is yours.

2.3 We take payment from your card once you have entered your payment details and have clicked the 'Make payment' button, subject to card authorisation. In the event that we are unable to supply the product, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will give you a full refund if we have already taken payment for the product.

2.4 All card payments are processed by WorldPay.

2.5 Although we try very hard to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product that you have ordered, we will let you know and ask whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

2.6 VeryLastMinute.com Ltd. reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for all new adverts and renewals for both new and existing customers.

3. Refunds Policy

VeryLastMinute.com Ltd. provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of seven working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email. Please see our 'Contact' form for details. Once the refund has been authorised, notification will be given by email. All refunds incur an administration charge of £50.

4. Exclusion of Third Party Rights

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to this agreement which means that no third party shall be entitled to claim any rights or benefits under these Terms and Conditions.

5. Invalidity and Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes for any reason whatsoever invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be divisible from these Terms and Conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them and the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way.

6. Entire Agreement

6.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website, the Services and the Benefits which means that you will not be able to claim that we made any representations or warranties other than contained in these Terms and Conditions. However, we will always be liable to you if we make a fraudulent statement to you.

6.2 Please note that additional terms and conditions apply to any services which you purchase or have purchased from us or any third parties.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms and Conditions) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you irrevocably agree that only the courts of England shall hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and/or to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. You may therefore not bring any actions against us in a court outside England.
